Once a bonded digital warehouse receipt is on-chain, the real value is not the notarization step but whether the title can circulate. With cross-chain recognition on the Zhongzheng platform, a bank receives a receipt it can re-verify inside its own system, dropping the paper-based title confirmation routine.
The most immediate change is funding speed. Pledge funding used to take T+3 from application to disbursement; now the title fingerprint is pushed upstream and confirmed on upload, so banks compress the cycle to T+0. A 5kt bonded natural-rubber receipt, at today's 19,260 CNY/t, carries a value near 963 million CNY; cutting the funding lag from three days to same-day lifts working-capital turnover from 9x to above 10x.
For arbitrage traders the meaning is clear: the same cargo can be financed while held, and the receipt moves from "parked in the vault" to "live on the books." As long as the title chain is clean and the three documents reconcile, banks will take it and circulation stays fluid. SHA-256 pins the fingerprint at every transfer, so any later assignment can be recomputed independently — computation cost replaces trust cost.
